By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
TachoWatch is designed to help you track your speed and distance during trips. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
As described in our Privacy Policy, we do not collect any personal information from our users. All data is stored locally on your device.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TachoWatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email notification, providing notice through the App, or updating the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
